YOU ARE NOT STUCK. YOUR ARE NOT BROKEN. YOU ARE BOUNCING BACK.
READY TO BOUNCE BACK?
If you’ve been starting over every Monday…
If you’ve been “motivated” but not consistent…
If you’ve been strong for everyone else but exhausted behind the scenes…
This is where that changes.

Because real change doesn’t come from willpower.
It comes from support, structure, and showing up inside a room where other women are doing the same.
And when you join, here’s exactly what you’re getting:
• Weekly live calls — every single week — where you are seen, supported, and poured into
• A structured 5-day rhythm (Mindset, Nutrition, Movement, Support, Accountability) so you never wonder what to focus on
• A online workout every Wednesday from our personal group trainer that fits into real life (all you need is dumbells)
• BOUNS: Access to my entire OG 100+ workout library — including trampoline, step aerobics, strength, and beginner-friendly options
• Live cook-alongs and simple healthy recipes that don’t feel restrictive
• A private community of women who know your name and care when you show up
• Real-time accountability check-ins every Friday
• A safe support space to talk about stress, hormones, grief, burnout, and everything in between
But more importantly?
You’re getting out of isolation.
You’re getting consistency.
You’re getting momentum.
You’re getting women who will say, “Me too,” instead of, “You should.”
And let’s be clear — this is a paid community on purpose.
Because free groups are easy to join and easy to ghost.
When you invest, you commit.
And when everyone inside has committed, the energy shifts.
These are women who show up.
Who want growth.
Who want health — not just weight loss.
Who want self-love — not self-punishment.
Who want to build habits that actually last.
This is about:
• Healing your relationship with your body
• Building strength — mentally and physically
• Learning how to reset without spiraling
• Creating sustainable habits
• Feeling supported while you grow
• Bouncing back faster every time life hits
You don’t need more information.
You need community.
You need structure.
You need support that doesn’t disappear when you have a hard week.
That’s what this is.
And when you join, you’re not just getting workouts or live calls.
You’re getting a room full of women who refuse to let you quit on yourself.
And that changes everything.

MY STORY
I feel like I’ve been on a weight loss journey since the doctor smacked my butt at birth. I was always the bigger girl — the bigger friend, the one borrowing the cute top that was “flowy” for a reason. I was on dance team, I was literally Lieutenant Colonel of the dance team (yes ma’am, leadership and thigh power), and still I was bigger than every other girl standing in that line. I struggled with my weight my whole life — but I had never seen 350 pounds until my dad passed away. Grief hit me like a freight train and I coped the only way I knew how. I gained over 100 pounds in a year. And here’s the wild part — before that, at 230 pounds, I was confident. I was living. I felt magnetic. I thought I could get any one, chase any dream, take up space and own it. But gaining that weight? It cracked me. I wasn’t just heavier — I was depressed, broke, and barely surviving. And at some point I realized: I didn’t just need to lose weight. I needed to fight for my life back.
So I started the way every fitness article on Pinterest tells you to start — walking. One mile turned into two. Two turned into six. And let me tell you… walking six miles a day at 350 pounds felt less like “self-care queen” and more like I was grounding myself for being fat. My body hurt. My feet were swollen. My hands were puffy. Everything ached. And yes, discipline matters — but this felt like punishment. Like I was trying to sweat out my shame. And I finally realized… I don’t want to hate myself into health.
Then when the world started opening back up after COVID, I went to the gym and saw this guy jumping on a JumpSport rebounder like he was having the time of his life. Meanwhile I’m on the treadmill negotiating with God. I thought, “That looks fun… but absolutely not. Someone will laugh at me.” So instead, I went home, ordered a $99 trampoline off Amazon, shut the blinds like I was doing something illegal, and started bouncing in my living room. And everything changed. It didn’t feel like punishment — it felt like freedom. I started sharing my journey on TikTok. I lost 100 pounds. I became certified in rebounding (yes, that’s trampoline fitness, and yes, it’s legit). I’ve coached over 2,500 women around the world. And no, this isn’t a trampoline-only membership — but you will get access to all my original trampoline workouts as a BONUS. Because bouncing back? That’s kind of my thing.

I wrote a book called Girl Bounce Back because somewhere along the way I realized… this isn’t just about weight. It’s about resilience.
The whole message of the book is simple:
You are not stuck.
You are not broken.
You are bouncing back.
Inside, I share real-life stories — the messy ones, the embarrassing ones, the “I can’t believe I’m telling the internet this” ones. Homelessness. Grief. Rock bottom moments. The seasons where I thought, “Well… this is it.” And in every chapter, I show you how I got back up — not perfectly, not gracefully — but powerfully.
This book isn’t fluffy motivation. It’s a reminder.
A reminder of how strong you are.
A reminder that your past doesn’t disqualify you.
A reminder that setbacks are setups.
If you need something you can hold in your hands on the hard days — something that looks you in the face and says, “Get up, girl” — this is it.
You can grab Girl Bounce Back on Amazon.
