Before The Social Party Marketing Agency ever existed, I was in survival mode. I was battling depression, had gained 100 pounds in a year, and was literally counting change just to put gas in my car. I hit a moment where I looked at my life and thought, “I’m 29… I cannot go into my 30s like this.” So I made a decision to change everything.
 

I started focusing on my health and doing anything I could to feel like myself again. That’s when I found rebounding—mini trampoline workouts—and it became something that brought me joy in a season where I really needed it. I started posting it on TikTok just for fun, not knowing it would completely change my life.
 

That one decision turned into a ripple effect I never could’ve planned. I built a community of over 200,000 people, became an online rebounder instructor, built a six-figure business in under four months, sold over $1 million in products through TikTok Shop, and wrote my book Girl, Bounce Back. But more than any of that, I found confidence again—and I realized I wasn’t just rebuilding my body, I was rebuilding my entire life.
 

What I didn’t expect was that this journey would turn into a business. I took everything I was learning, along with the income I was making, and invested it into what is now The Social Party Marketing Agency. It started as a one-woman show serving 18 clients in my first month, and quickly grew into something much bigger.
 

Over the past few years, I’ve built a team of 10 creatives and we’ve now served over 100 clients across nearly every industry you can think of. We’ve helped small businesses go from barely getting by to hitting six-figure months, and we’ve built full brands from the ground up including websites, content systems, TikTok Shop launches, email marketing funnels, paid ad campaigns, and full social media strategies.
 

I’ve worked with everyone from one-person startups in garages to billion-dollar companies, and along the way we’ve been recognized as one of the top social media agencies in our city. I’ve also trained content creators who now run their own successful agencies, which is one of the things I’m most proud of.
 

At this point in my life and business, I’ve realized something really simple. I’m not just good at marketing—I’m really good at two things: turning people’s stories into content that actually makes people feel something, and coaching them in a way that pushes them to actually do the thing they’ve been avoiding.
