MY STORY

There was a time in my life where I lost everything.

And I don’t mean that in a dramatic, “bad day” kind of way.
I mean rock bottom. Two weeks of being homeless. Questioning everything. Wondering how I got there… and more importantly, how I was ever going to get out.

That season changed me.

Because when you’ve already lived through your worst-case scenario, something shifts. Fear doesn’t hit the same anymore. Playing small doesn’t make sense anymore. You realize—you already survived the thing you thought would break you.

So why not go all in on the life you actually want?

That mindset is what built everything I have today.
My business. My confidence. My voice. My ability to show up fully as ME and help other women do the same.

But here’s the part I don’t talk about enough…

Even after building a six-figure business… even after inspiring thousands of women… even after proving to myself that I’m capable of hard things…

I was still struggling with my health.

I’ve lost 100 pounds before. I KNOW what it takes. I know discipline. I know consistency. I know how to push. But this time around, my body felt different. My energy felt different. And honestly? The mental battle felt heavier.

And I had to make a decision:

 

Do I keep trying to do it the hard way just to prove a point…
Or do I give myself support in this season?
